Thank you for your interest in hosting an Advanced Workshop site.

 

The requirements are few and simple:

- A conference room that can seat 8-12 people
- A conference room screen or computer (not a personal computer) that can connect to Zoom/Webex/teams. A built-in or connected microphone and camera are required  
- A contact person to test the connection few days before the workshop and let participants in during the workshop
- The site is open for outside participants 
- A minimum of 2 participants to confirm the site (can be waived in some circumstances)
