• How do I register for the Online Catalyst Workshop?

You can register  for the Online Catalyst Workshop at any time. Please choose the registration category that applies to you below and follow the prompts to create an account and pay the registration fee.

 

If you choose trainee or student registration, please send us a picture of your badge with resident/fellow/medical student label or a letter from your program director on the program letterhead stating that you are a resident/fellow/medical student to : registration@catalystsclinic.com. Access to the workshop will be suspended without one of those supporting documents.

• Will registration close after a certain time period?

​​

No, registration is open 24/7 . Participants can register at any time and on any day 

​

• Are the videos live or recorded?

​

The videos are pre-recorded for the participants to stream at their own time. All videos will be available at once to the participant after they register

​

• Will my registration expire after a certain time?

​​

Yes, registration for the Online Catalyst Workshop expires 3 months after access to the workshop is granted. You can access the course as many times as you would like during this period. 

​

• Can I extend my registration once it expires?

​​

Yes, registration for the Online Catalyst Workshop can be extended one time for 1 or 2 months. The registration extension is only possible before the initial Online Catalyst Workshop registration expires. If access to the Online Catalyst Workshop is still desired after the extension, then a new 3-month registration can be purchased as many times as desired.

• Do you offer free access to STATA?

​​

Yes, free access to STATA is available to anyone, registered or not, directly through STATACorp. A link is provided on the course website for participants who would like to use STATA for free. Per STATACorp, the free license is for a duration of 7 consecutive days for students and  30 consecutive days for everyone else. The free license activation might take up to one business day from the request date.

• Do you offer free access to NIS/NEDS?

​​

No, you have to purchase NIS/NEDS. Please watch Module 1 Video 1 before you purchase NIS to see if you qualify for the student price

• I am a resident/fellow/medical student. How can I get the discounted resident/fellow registration?

​​

You can obtain the discounted trainee registration by following these steps

1- Select trainee/student registration and follow the prompts to create an account and pay the registration fee

2- Send us proof of trainee status to registration@catalystsclinic.com: a PDF/picture of your badge with the words "resident" or "fellow" or "student" on it or a letter from your program director on program letterhead confirming that you are a resident or a fellow

• What is the difference between the Online and In-person version of the workshop?

The online version:
- Has more material compared with the in-person version because there is no limit on time. 
- Provides free access to STATA is for 30 days compared with 2 days for the in-person workshop. 
- Grants access to the videos and all workshop material indefinitely. For the in-person workshop,   handouts are available to refer to after the workshop. 

- It is not possible to ask questions directly. However, the online version provides free access to ThinkBig, the exclusive online community open only for previous workshop participants. There, you can ask questions and get answers from previous workshop participants who have gone through the same process you are going through.
